Beauty Shall Remain

Ashes to ashes
Dust to dust
No time for lust
No being to trust
Yet we claim victory
We claim life
Movement like poetry
Touching souls
And moving hearts
Smiles arise
To resemble the sunrise
This beauty stole my heart
When the world sold us lies
Ashes to ashes
Dust to dust
I gained sight at last
Opened up my eyes
And I saw beyond this worlds lies
I gazed into the distance
And my heart melted
Beauty put me into a trance
Beauty such as this
Is the perfect picture of romance
Risen among this destruction
It gave me hope
Ashes to ashes
Dust to dust
Death may come
But beauty shall remain
