No right path exists

We each have a journey to walk

A journey whose destination is not cast in stone 

Nor written in distant stars 

For us to gaze upon in search of direction

The stars will not help in shedding light

On the path we must take 

But this I must profess

Never let what is learnt prevent you

From gazing at the world with new perspective

Because the pursuit of discovery

Is filled with many mistakes and blunders

That make the final discovery

More worthwhile and important

No right path exists, just roads and ways

Those before you have taken and perfected

They share their wisdom

In an effort to make your journey more bearable

The joy of learning and growing remains

Ultimately the greatest path we take

We are given blueprints through lessons we learn

To use and extend upon so as to enhance the quality

Of our own experiences

Blueprints to be configured and reconfigured

So that the masterpiece we create can be admired

And utilized as the building blocks for others on their journey

Being open to others lived experiences

Opens up pathways to new and interesting discoveries

That can shape you and enhance your own journey in life
